Popcorn is commonly served within cinemas. This is usually salted and is an iconic element within all cinemas throughout the world. It can be utilised in a variety of ways. It can be served in conjunction with other elements such as coated in chocolate or caramel or covered in melted butter. However this usually lessons the healthy benefits due to the added sugar.  Popcorn with no added items, is redeemed as a healthy food due the fibres within it and the lack of fat.
