The consumption of egg provides the human body with protein. The most popular methods of consuming the egg is: scrambled, poached, fried or boiled. Eggs have a fragile shell, consequently requiring care in storage.
Eggs are combined into many recipes. They have the ability to be utilised within savoury and sweet dishes. An egg may be combined in such dishes as: cakes, biscuits, rices and noodles. Through the use of the chicken egg taste and a combining mechanism is created.
